Pinyon Pines Property Owners Association
There is no HOA for Pinyon Pines. A public non profit had to be formed in order to collect the $12 fee that is due for the rental of the government property that the Pinyon mailboxes are situated on.
All property owners in the Pinyon Pines Water District are welcome to these meetings. Get to know the community and your neighbors here. The meetings are for new property owners especially. They also collect the $12 fee that can be either cash or check. Also discussed are the yearly meetings.
